A Los Angeles federal judge ruled that the lawsuit against HBO filed by Michael Jackson's estate was to be removed from court and in arbitration, according to Billboard . US District Court Judge George H. Wu stated that HBO was required to join a 1992 arbitration agreement, under which the network could not make disparaging remarks about the singer, nor "to commit an act likely to harm or denigrate the reputation of [Jackson]. "

The Two-Part Book Leaving Neverland focuses on James Safechuck and Wade Robson, who claim that Jackson sexually assaulted them as children in the 1990s. Jackson's estate filed his complaint on March 3, when HBO released the first part of the documentary.
